|Try to understand that it is temporary condition and you may feel better after the first trimester.|
|Start by going to sleep earlier than usual. Try to sleep at least 7 hours a night.|
|Try to work less hours than you used to or take work home over the weekend so you can cut out early once in a while.|
|Listen to your body, rest as much as you can and retain your energy.|
|Get some help with the house work.|
|Eat small healthy meals every 2-3 hours.|
|Make sure you're drinking plenty of water.|
