Fatigue During Pregnancy

Is it normal to feel exhausted through pregnancy?

Yes it is normal. You may feel fatigued or tired as early as the first week after conception. The reasons for that are body changes plus the increasing levels of hormones.Don't worry it won't last all pregnancy, most women feel better after the first trimester.

What should I do about that ?

Try to understand that it is temporary condition and you may feel better after the first trimester.
Start by going to sleep earlier than usual.  Try to sleep at least 7 hours a night.
Try to work less hours than you used to or take work home over the weekend so you can cut out early once in a while.
Listen to your body, rest as much as you can and retain your energy.
Get some help with the house work.
Eat small healthy  meals every 2-3 hours.
Make sure you're drinking plenty of water.
