WHO (World Health Organization) recommends that infants should be exclusively breastfed up to 6 months of age, with continued breastfeeding along with appropriate complementary foods up to the age of two or beyond.

Every mom can breastfeed, provided she has accurate information, and the support of her family, the health care system and society at large.
